Exchanges/Refunds/Cancellations Policy

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, DermHairDoc will not be able to edit or cancel and orders, or provide any exchanges, refunds, or cancellations. DermHairDoc does allow a store credit for damaged, hair care products. A store credit worth 80% of the original cost of the product (20% processing fee). *
*Eligible return items include new/unopened, unused, damaged items. A photograph of the damaged item and packaging are required for a refund.
DermHairDoc reserves 30 days to reship any reported missing or damaged items from the initial shipment date.
All missing & damaged claims must be submitted within 10 days, along with a photo of the product and packaging, in order to ensure proper resolution.
DermHairDoc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. When requested, DermHairDoc will confirm the date of delivery to the provided address, as well as tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer on record.
It is up to the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. The customer should contact the carrier with your tracking number, for any information regarding the delivery.

Items purchased outside of DermHairDoc.com are not eligible for a return, and you must contact the original store's customer service team for support.
Adverse reactions: please discard the product, consult your physician, and reach out to [email protected] to provide information.
Damaged products: please send photos to [email protected] with the order number, within 10 days, for a store credit/
Return exclusions:

If a portion of a kit is damaged, that damaged item will be replaced, not the entire kit. A photo of the damaged item is required to be e-mailed to [email protected] with the order number, to initiate a replacement.
Used products are not eligible for store credit
Gifts or complimentary items with purchase items are not eligible for sore credit, and replacement is based on availability as gifts and specials are for a limited time.

MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and DermHairDoc® with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and DermHairDoc® with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by DermHairDoc®.
