I actually liked the scent. It was very light. A combination of vanilla and almond. I found the consistency thick and gooey, like applying marshmallow to my hair. I recommend taking your time to completely rinse the product out of your hair with warm water and using some type of moisturizing products afterwards. I plan to finish my current jar, and purchase more to keep as a staple deep conditioner. If your hesitant to buy, just do it! You won't regret it.
